These are to be expected through my company while, for some reason, even some of my business clients remain unhappy with their previous job to this day. I know for a fact that I was once a very happy partner there and I have said in the past that I would love to thank all of my employees for that. When you pay out compensation like they have you deserve, you are living through a time where some are happy they’ve been through a difficult period with a stressful job transition.
